29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about April 14, 2016, David Weekley Homes, as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure employees of a subcontractor, who were required to engage in framing/roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 30 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
