29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 107 S 31st Ave., Longport, NJ: On or about 04/16/2016 three employees of Rolando Merino were painting a residence, working from a welded tubular frame scaffold. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet to the ground below. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
