29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 52 Memorial Ave, Gibbstown, NJ: On or about April 18, 2016, five PCE Contractors Inc. employees were conducting re-roofing work on an existing two story residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 13 feet. PCE Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1103101, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 835 Catherine Street, Whitehall, PA.
