29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: At the location of 31224 SW 29th street in Topeka, KS, an employee on top of a building was engaged in patching roof seams were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. The employee was not using a fall protection system to prevent a fall to the lower level.
