29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:   On or about 4/5/16 at the Big Tree Volunteer Fire Station Construction Site,  4112 Big Tree Road,  Hamburg, NY:  The source cord originating in the day room, ran into the main hallway in front of the kitchen where it supplied 120 volt-ac power to a web of many other extension cords elevated off the floor. The source cord lacked a ground prong on its plug causing all of the downstream receptacles to be ungrounded.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
