On or about April 19, 2016, employees in the anodize and chromate conversion area were exposed to chemical burn hazards where the employer did not provide suitable means for flushing the eyes. The basin of the eyewash station located adjacent to the silver/gold line and the electroless nickel rack line would spin with application of pressure to the valve inhibiting activation. When made to open, water pressure was initially only sufficient to lift one nozzle dust cap.  b.  On or about April 19, 2016, employees in the immersion tin line room were exposed to chemical burn hazards where the employer did not provide suitable means for flushing the eyes. The water pressure was inadequate to lift the dust cap of the left nozzle when activated.
