Sampling was performed for 241 minutes during an 8 hour shift on May 17, 2016. Zero exposure was assumed for the time not sampled. The employer had not established a hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95 (c) through (o) where employees were exposed to noise levels above the allowed 85 dBA TWA.
