29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panel board enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) On or about 4/19/2016 at the steam table, an electrical outlet did not prevent water from entering and accumulating when employees pressure washed the area exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Edith Ann's Taste of Home Cooking Diner was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105803, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/1/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11243 Memorial Parkway S, Huntsville, AL. 35803.
