29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used. a) 47 Episcopal Road Job Site - 4-18-16 - Employees were exposed to 16 foot fall hazards through the use of improper fall protection systems while installing solar panels on a flat roof. Warning line systems were being used to install solar panels which are only allowed for roofing operations.
