29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    a) Double Exit Door In Back Room - Employees working in the back room or employees required to use the back room emergency exit were exposed to fire hazards from a bar through the handles of the double exit door, on or about April 18th, 2016.    The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012465, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 07, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee Street, Bowdon, GA 30108.    The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003589, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6010 New Hartford Street, Wolcott, NY 14590. Exit route in hallway measured as small as 16 inches between water fountain and hanging clothing, on or about April 18th, 2016.    The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057045, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 05, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 700 South 4th Street, Hamburg, PA.
