29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. This violation was observed on or about April 20, 2016 at 201 N. Mustang, Mustang, Oklahoma. A subcontractors employees working at approximately 14 ft. above ground on a fabricated welded frame sectional scaffold performing EIFS operations were not protected by a complete guardrail system or equivalent means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. This violation was observed on or about April 20, 2016 at 201 N. Mustang, Mustang, Oklahoma. A subcontractors employees were working at approximately 14 ft. above ground on a fabricated welded frame sectional scaffold without cross bracing between the frames on the inside of the scaffold.
