29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards such as damaged electrical insulation that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees.      In the following instances, electrical equipment had frayed electrical insulation, exposing internal conductors:  a)  Front Work Bay - The blue CARQUEST 50 foot drop light had a frayed insulation exposing internal conductors. b)  Rear Work Bay - The red Saber Light drop light had an incorrectly spliced connection at the light itself, that exposed internal conductors.

S & T Services Garage-  The bench grinder in the rear maintenance bay was missing an adjustable tongue guard and the distance between the abrasive wheel and the end of the safety guard at the top was greater than one-quarter of an inch.
