29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable injury that could be prevented by such equipment. a) In Body-work Area - Employer failed to require eye protection to employees sanding the automobiles' parts and utilizing the body filler. Employees were exposed to eye injuries. b) In Spray Paint Booth - Employer failed to require eye protection to employees painting the automobiles' parts inside the spray paint booth when utilizing clear coats and paints. Employees were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Throughout facility - The employer failed to implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures that included medical evaluations of employees, fit testing procedure and training of employees in proper use of respirators when employees were required to wear NIOSH 3M Dual Cartridge respirators while painting inside the spray booth. Employees were exposed to respiratory tract irritations.
