29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph:  a) Worksite, on or about April 19, 2016, a splice for temporary overhead lights was installed about 6 feet above the second floor area. The splice was only taped, and wires connected with wirenuts, not protected by an enclosure, or by height, potentially exposing employees to contact with live parts.
