29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) West side, Raceway market #1046: On or about April 20, 2016, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, 6 inches from a boom lift, in that personal fall restraint was not provided to employee while performing framing activities.
