OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  (a)  In the service area, on or about April 21, 2016 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to flying plastic shards, plastic projectiles (pipe fragments), and decompressing air at a range of 90 to 130 pounds per square inch due to the use of poly-vinyl chloride (PVC) piping and pipe fittings being used to transport compressed air.
