Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  and  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a)  On or about April 20, 2016, and at times prior, the controlling employer, AK Custom Homes, Inc, did not ensure that Mike Finch Framing (subcontractor) protected their employees, who were required to engage in framing operations on a residential house, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of 12 feet and greater.
