29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:      a.  On or about 2/11/2016, at the stairs, inside of the main administration building, employees were exposed to, in the event of an emergency, a delayed egress from a missing exit sign indicating the direction of travel to the exit.      NOTE:   Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.151(c):   Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      a.   On or about 20 April 2016, at the kitchen area, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as Ecolab Solid Power XL, Ecolab Sanitizer and Ecolab Jet Dry, and other fluids used and/or handled. Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not available within the work area for immediate emergency use.       NOTE:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:      a.    On or about 20 April 2016, at the kitchen, employees were exposed to fire hazards while performing cooking/restaurant operations and no fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire.         b.   On or about 20 April 2016, at the main lobby, employees were exposed to fire hazards while conducting office operations and no fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire.         NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
