29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: (a) On or about April 18, 2015, for an employee exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while installing HVAC ductwork from shopmade steps on a scissor lift platform located on the main floor at or near 4275 University Avenue in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
