29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1) - (Applicable to Construction per 29 CFR 1926.103): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:     All Purpose Construction - City of Omaha Papillion Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant - 15705 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska - A written respiratory protection program, that included all the provisions required by the standard, was not available and implemented. The written respiratory protection program did not include required elements including, but not limited to medical evaluations, cartridge change schedule information, and the designation of a program administrator. Employees were required to wear tight-fitting full face respirators, during filter media change-out in Trickling Filter 601.
