29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) Worksite, behind and between aquariums, on or about April 22, 2016, and at times prior, power strips were interconnected, creating a fire hazard. For Reference: Underwriters Laboratories (UL), refers to power strips as Relocatable Power Taps (RPTs) and, in its "General Information for Electrical Equipment Directory" (sometimes called the UL white book or UL Directory) contains instructions that require UL-listed RPTs to be directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle; they are not to be series-connected to other RPTs or connected to extension cords.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Eddie's Aquarium - On April 22, 2016, and at times prior, no written hazard communication program was developed by the employer for employees handling chemicals including but not limited to fungicide, Super Ick Cure Powder, and testing solutions.
