The employees were exposed to a fall distance of 9.3 feet. MESSING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 281200, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 8, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 111 MALLARD DRIVE, DOWNS, ILLINOIS 61736.
