29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8): The employer removed or defaced labels on incoming containers of hazardous chemicals and did not immediately mark the containers with the required information: a) Storage Room - On or about March 24, 2016, a sealed bottle containing Crew Restroom Floor & Surface Non-Acid Disinfectant Cleaner was observed without the manufacturer's label and had not been marked with the hazardous chemical. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) 470 L'Enfant Plaza #604 - On or about March 24, 2016, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals and a written hazard communication program was not implemented or maintained onsite. The U. S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026228, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 409 Maynard Avenue S, Seattle, WA 98104. The U. S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959112, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 210 S. Chrisman Ave., Cleveland, MS 38732. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

(b) Storage Room - On or about March 24, 2016, a spray bottle containing Windex was labeled Comet bleach. The U. S.
