29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Construction Site: On April, 26, 2016 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 13 feet to the ground below while installing shingles on a 3:12 pitch residential garage. b) Construction Site: On April, 26, 2016 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet to the ground below while installing shingles on a 3:12 pitch residential roof.
