29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a.  6600 Bay Circle NW, Norcross, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard.  The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees were exposed to hazard substance/chemical including but not limited to Mineral Spirits, UV Coating, Ink Remover and Adhesive, while performing print work. A written hazard communication program had not been developed to promote the safe handling and use of the hazardous materials, on or about 04/26/16.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either:  a.  6600 Bay Circle NW, Norcross, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard.  Several chemical 32 fl. oz. bottles were not labeled as to their identification and content. The unmarked/unlabeled portable plastic bottles were filled with solution including but not limited to Mineral Spirits, on or about 04/26/16.
