The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees were exposed to hazard substance/chemical including but not limited to Mineral Spirits, UV Coating, Ink Remover and Adhesive, while performing print work. A written hazard communication program had not been developed to promote the safe handling and use of the hazardous materials, on or about 04/26/16.

Several chemical 32 fl. oz. bottles were not labeled as to their identification and content.
