29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about April 27, 2016, at the Field Maintenance Office (FMO), adjacent to Panel XR, access to a fire extinguisher was blocked by a trash can and dolly stored in front of the fire extinguisher. The US Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1144427, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7925 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89113.
