29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Office: On or about April 28, 2016 employees were exposed to a tripping hazard in that the space in front of the electrical panel box that contained the breakers for the store lights and fuel pumps was used for storage of cases of bottled drinks.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: (a) Office: On or about April 28, 2016 employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard and a fire hazard in that a standard low duty 110 volt extension cord was plugged into a power outlet and then ran through the ceiling into an adjacent room.
