29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.    (a) Location - 1438 Main Street, Tewksbury, Massachusetts:  On or about April 27, 2016, the employer did not perform the daily safety inspection of the jobsite to identify and eliminate safety and health hazards such as: Damaged electrical cords and electrical cords that were missing grounding pins.
