29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    Location: Warehouse, outside office area    On or about 4/29/16, the employer exposed employees to the following electrical shock hazards;    Instance 1: one blank was missing in the main electrical cabinet  Instance 2: one electrical outlet was missing a face plate exposing employees to live wires.    The Lasership, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 329909, citation number 1, item number 4c and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Olympia Avenue #5, Woburn, MA.
