29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about April 29, 2016 at the Seized Property office, an electrical service panel was not readily accessible. There was a Dayton humidifier equipment stored right below the panel.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit must be marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g., closet):  a. On or about April 29, 2016 at the Seized Property office, a glass door with an exterior iron gate that was not an exit had an exit  sign above it and was likely to be mistaken for an exit.    NOTE 1: U.S. Customs and Border Protection-San Juan Office of Field Operations was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 873143, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1(b), and was affirmed as a final order on May 14,2013, with respect to a workplace located at #1 La Puntilla Street, Room 204, San Juan, PR 00901.    NOTE 2:  Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

On or about April 29, 2016 at the Seized Property office, the circuit breakers or fuses in the electrical panel were not identified or labeled to show the locations of the office whose circuits it protects.
