29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning,  safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:   a. Main Office - On or about May 3, 2016, employees were required to work with hazardous products during diesel truck repair operations (solvents, oils, brake fluids, antifreeze, oxygen and acetylene gasses and others) and the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program. Employees were thereby exposed to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2): Each safety data sheet shall be in English (although the employer may maintain copies in other languages as well), and shall contain at least the following information:  a. Main Office - On or about May 3, 2016, employees were required to work with hazardous products during diesel truck repair operations (solvents, oils, brake fluids, antifreeze, oxygen and acetylene gasses and others) and the employer did not have the safety data sheets available upon request. Employees were thereby exposed to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; and,  a. Main Office/Repair Shops - On or about May 3, 2016, employees were required to work with hazardous products during diesel truck repair operations (solvents, oils, brake fluids, antifreeze, oxygen and acetylene gasses and others) and the employer's information had not included the product's chemical physical properties. Employees were thereby exposed to their exposure hazards.
