29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:     a)  On or about May 2, 2016, employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines during carpentry work.  The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 volts.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a)  On May 2, 2016, employees engaged in carpentry work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 15.5 feet above the ground.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
