29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about May 2, 2016, employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines during carpentry work. The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 volts. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
