29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Construction site, 2nd Floor East side of D building - On or about April 20, 2016, the top rail of a wire rope guard rail system was less than 39 inches above the walking working level, exposing employees to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet. b) Construction site, 2nd Floor North East corner vestibule 123 - On or about April 20, 2016,the top rail of a wire rope guard rail system erected at a designated hoisting area was less than 39 inches above the walking working level, exposing employees to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
