Machines included, but may not be limited to: 1) Inserter Machine, 6 x 9 - Aisle # 8; 2) Inserter Machine, 6 x 9 - Aisle # 9; 3) Inserter Machine, 6 x 9 - Aisle # 10; 4) Inserter Machine, 6 x 9 - Aisle # 11. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
