29 CFR 1910.24(g): Stairway platforms were less than the width of a stairway and were not a minimum of 30 inches in length measured in the direction of travel: On or about May 4, 2016, the stairway platform used to access furnace #117 was less than the width of the stairway measuring approximately 19 inches. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard from the stairway platform having insufficient space.
