29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, chains and sprockets and moving parts were not guarded in accordance with the specific requires of 1910.219: (a) Facility, Edger Machine: On or about May 3, 2016, the chain and sprockets located at the Edger operation's station were not guarded to prevent the operator from getting his fingers/hand caught in ingoing nip points. (b) Grading Deck/Infeed to the Irvington Double End Trimmer Saw: On or about May 3, 2016, the chain and sprocket on the platform end of this machine needs to be guarded against employee contact.
