OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees working near potentially overloaded metal storage rack systems that lacked the maximum intended load markings.    a) Freezer, 100 Industrial Park Road, Coal Township, PA - Employees used powered industrial trucks (i.e. reach trucks, order pickers, motorized pallet jacks, etc.) to warehouse pallets containing cases/boxes of food onto the shelves of a metal storage racking system that were not marked with the maximum intended load which exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards in the event of an overload condition, as observed on or about May 4, 2016.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for the violation.
