29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:   On or about at 5/3/16 located at 331 Nobleman Way, Canton GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber and plywood while on the 2nd floor, employees were observed tossing up lumber and passing up 2 x 4s and plywood to the 2nd floor, the employees were without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about at 5/3/16 located at 331 Nobleman Way, Canton GA: Employees were installing the 2nd floor with floor joist and plywood while standing on the top of the floor joist of a house that was under construction working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 11- feet.
