On May 5, 2016 an employee was observed operating a chainsaw with only his right hand while elevated in an aerial lift bucket at 10-16 "A" Street in Whitinsville, Massachusetts.  The employee was leaning from the bucket to cut a limb and was reaching to make the cut exposing him to amputation hazards.
