29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)    Second floor:  On or about April 27, 2016, employees were exposed to a respiratory hazard, while using a Makita Angle Grinder to cut granite tile, when required to wear 3M half facepiece respirators with P100 filters (model 2097) without the protections afforded by a written respiratory protection program.
