29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts and ingoing nip points:   (a) VA National Cemetery, Chattanooga, TN, On or about 5/5/16, employees were exposed to rotating parts when the guard were missing from the head of the weed eater.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
