On or about April 29, 2016, on the east side of the residential building, the employer did not confirm with the utility owner/operator that the 26KV power line was de-energized and grounded prior to operating the crane below the power to lift trusses to a residential structure, the load line of the crane made contact with the power line exposing employees to electrocution hazards.
