29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:    a.  Bethalwood Lake Subdivision, Lot #75, 4890 Edgemoor Trace, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 25 feet above ground level on the roof, Installing HVAC vent pipes and vent caps up on the roof of the residential home while walking and standing on the upper level roof at various areas which a slope pitch of 8-10:12, on or about 05/09/16
