29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about May 6, 2016 and at times prior thereto, at or near 7609 Vestal Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas, an employee was working at heights greater than 6 feet above the ground below performing job tasks such as but not limited to a damage inspection for leaks. This condition exposed the employee to the hazard of falling from heights.
