29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 5/6/2016 welding department at 2700 Crestridge Court, Suwanee, GA: The employer failed to ensure a permanent non-removable guard was installed on the drill press to protect the employees from the rotating point of operation. On 4/29/2016 a employee was injured while operating a drill press without a permanent guard installed at the point of operation of the drill press.
