On or about May 9, 2016, employees were exposed to eye and face injuries.  The employees were installing roofing materials on an existing residential home located at 3324 Saratoga, Stow, Ohio 44224, and were using air powered nail guns without wearing safety glasses.

The employees were installing roofing materials on an existing residential home located at 3324 Saratoga, Stow, Ohio 44224, and were using a ladder to access the roof that did not extend 3 feet over its landing area.
