29 CFR 1926.601(b)(4)(i): No employer shall use any motor vehicle equipment having an obstructed view to the rear unless the vehicle has a reverse signal alarm audible above the surrounding noise level. On or about April 28, 2016 at 7 Executive Park Drive N, Atlanta, GA., employees working on site were exposed to a struck by hazard when the roll off dumpster backup alarm did not work.
