29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, and/or certified equipment was not installed and/or used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, and/or certification:  1 Rolling Green Dr., Amherst: On or about May 3, 2016, employees were:   a) using a relocatable power tap (RPT) to power various power tools, in a wet outdoor location, while the device was intended only for dry, indoor locations per the instructions imprinted into the RPT   b) extension cords were plugged into another extension cord (to extend reach) which is also contrary to the instructions that are attached to the extension cords.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

WCP Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926 454 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921566, citation number 1, item number  2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 610-622 Main St., Reading, MA
