(b) On the Porch Roof -  An employee stood on a 9 foot high porch roof with a 6/12 pitch without using fall protection. He was not provided with adequate fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a serious hazard, observed on or about 5-10-2016.  Abatement certification and documentation required.  Gilroy Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 574918, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 301 N Progress Ave, Harrisburg, PA.
