29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Atlanta Used Cars & Sales, front exterior wall: On or about May 10, 2016, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet from the boom lift, in that personal fall arrest was not provided to employee while inspecting and repairing the supporting header.
